Yum Baking Co does not offer returns at this time as all current our products are freshly baked food items. Please see below for information regarding order refunds.

Should you experience any of the issues listed below with your order, please reach out to us at help@yumbakingco.com to request a refund for your order.
Should you experience any issues with your order that are not directly listed below, please include the details to which you are requesting a refund in your email and we will do everything that we can to make it right for you.

Please note that refunds will only be available within the first 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order. After the 3-day window has passed, We will no longer be able to provide a refund for your order.

Reasons for a Refund

Your order arrived 5 or more days (120 hours or more) after your order was scanned into the UPS system (this information can be found using your tracking number that you received in your shipping confirmation email).

Your order arrived opened (the individual cookie bags were not sealed upon delivery).

Your package was lost in the mail or the UPS delivery service failed to deliver your order to the correct address resulting in you not being able to receive your order within 5 days (120 hours) of your order being scanned into the UPS system.

cancel an order
​If you would like to cancel your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email yet, please reach out to us at help@yumbakingco.com and we will be happy to assist with canceling your order and we will send a full refund to the card on file.

If you would like to cancel an order after you have received your shipping confirmation email, we are unfortunately unable to do so as your cookie order has already been baked and shipped out of the kitchen.
