shipping policy

All cookie boxes are baked and shipped fresh Monday - Wednesday. The priority shipping time (typically 2-3 days through UPS) for your order will depend on the day of the week as well as any U.S. holidays that may effect shipping times (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.). During any U.S. government holidays, the priority shipping time for your order may be slower than usual and cannot be controlled or changed by Yum Baking Co.

 

All orders will be shipped out within 2-7 days of when the order was placed. Yum Baking Co does not currently ship orders Thursday - Sunday in order to avoid shipping delays during the weekend.

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order on our end. You will then receive another email (the shipping confirmation email) once your order has been processed for shipping through the UPS system with tracking information.

It is important to note that your cookies are not baked until you receive your shipping confirmation email in order to ensure that you receive your cookies as fresh as possible.
